You can make this a breeze by buying the pre-made frozen açaí puree at the store which is what I do. I’ll share my favorite at the end of the post! Some little tips and tricks for you. I will buy a few bunches of bananas at once and let them ripen. I’ll then slice them in halves or thirds depending on their size and throw them in a grocery bag in the freezer. It makes it super easy to just grab and go for these without worrying about the ingredients going bad! I’ve found the texture of frozen fruit works best for the puree so I’ll buy fruit in bulk and freeze until I’m ready to use. This has become one of my favorite things to make with my recent diet changes. It’s super easy to make it dairy free and I’ll add a scoop of protein powder to them as well.
